Return Policy at Ink of Knowledge:

At Ink of Knowledge, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to make the process simple and convenient for you.

 

Refund or Exchange Window:

  • You have a 3-day window from the date of product delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • The merchandise must be returned unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accompanying materials must be included.

Acceptable Reasons for Return/Exchange:

  • Damaged, defective, or different from the expected product.

Return Methods:

Return Exceptions:

  • Not applicable to Store Gift Vouchers, E-Coupons, E-Vouchers, E-Gift Cards & Magazines.

  • Used or tampered products, items damaged due to misuse, and products sold in sets are not eligible for return.

  • No returns on discounted items during sale periods.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the merchandise in unused condition.

  • Refunds for card payments will be credited back to the original card.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges for return due to damaged/defective items will not be refunded.

  • Replacement merchandise will incur an additional shipping charge of Rs.50/-.

Cancellation of Return Request:

  • A return request can be cancelled by contacting Customer Service before processing.

  • Refusal of a return request is at our discretion, and frivolous complaints may result in legal actions.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order for various reasons, including technical errors, fraud avoidance, or an invalid address.

  • You may cancel an order before it is shipped. No cancellations are allowed once shipped.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are processed within 1-5 working days after quality checks.

  • Refund mode is the same as the original payment method. No third-party transfers are allowed.
